10 Things You Should Know About A True Blue Johorean...
I found this on my mailbox yesterday. As a Johorean (true blue? ermmm not sure hihihi), I seems to agree to almost all of it. Here goes the list (with slight modification to suit this blog)
1. They end 9 out of 10 sentences with Ekkk...
2. They refer to Johor Bahru as Johor and not JB.
3. They pronounce Muar as MUOR. (kena juih bibir sikit)
4. They are brash with a CRAZY sense of humour. (Ye ker?)
5. They have ENDUT**.
6. They eat Gula Tarik, Sagun, Gula candy, Bobotok....
7. Pernah (or berangan nak) jadi Mat Rock.
8. Kenduri Kawin Ada Telur Pindang
9. Tidur atas LECA** (rhyme with letak and baca, the non-baku way). Bajusimpan dalam GEROBOK**.
10. They never watch RTM sebab semua cerita dah tengok kat TV Singapore!
